We stand on the shoulders of a giant—our Dad, Jose Lucio, whose values continue to inspire our work. At 78, Jose still wakes up at 4 am to support our leadership team—David, Emilio, and me. He came to this country seeking the American Dream, finding a passion for welding, and building a business repairing compaction equipment after his day job. David, Emilio, and I literally grew up in the industry, learning to weld, read electrical schematics, and even translate for clients. Our journey began humbly in our garage, where our Dad built a compactor—much like the legendary start of Apple. His commitment to excellence and belief in the impossible has guided us every step of the way.
